「冥想放鬆X禪繞Zentangle工作坊」由註冊社工及導師帶領,與學生先經歷一次簡單的冥想歷程,然後透過繪畫禪繞畫(Zentangle),讓學生可以在繪畫不同的線條及紋理,體驗安靜、放慢的時刻,讓心靈得到放鬆。


“Relaxing Mindfulness X Zentangle Workshop” will be led by registered social worker and qualified Zentangle tutor. Starting with a simple mindfulness experience and followed by Zentangle drawings, students are expected to experience a relaxing and slow-pacing moment. And students can bring the unique experience to their daily life practice.

Relaxing Mindfulness X ‘’Decoupage” Photo Frame Workshop

運用「蝶古巴特」的技巧,簡單製作屬於個人風格的相架。透過製作相架的過程, 鼓勵學生專注當下,及了解自己的心情、情緒狀態等。

Relaxing Mindfulness X DIY Nebula Jar Workshop

在製作的過程中,讓學生首先體驗簡單的呼吸練習,以及覺察製作過程中時的情緒,鼓勵學生專注在過程中,欣賞日常微小事物。

Experiencing the simple breathing practice and metalizing the feelings and emotions through the process of designing and creating their own Nebula Jar.
